How many times have you worn a cardigan on an extremely hot day? I have so many times that I’ve lost count! I’m done with it!
Big arms no harm? I might feel that way now, but I haven’t always. Accepting your arms is a difficult challenge for a lot of women, myself included. I’d wear a cardigan on 90 degree day just to keep them hidden. I’ve always had the biggest arms, making it an even bigger challenge to overcome. You’re never given more than you can handle, and that’s why I’m done with cardigans during summer, unless it’s a chilly evening. This summer I decided it was time to take control of my thoughts regarding my arms, accept them, and love them. We have the right to bare arms ladies, and I want each and everyone of you to to remember that! It’s battle you fight from within, you can slowly find a comfortable balance.
Begin to introduce yourself into going sleeveless. Even if that means wearing a cardigan and taking if off for 5-10 minutes a day. Eventually you’ll end up not wearing it, and you’ll stop caring what other people think of arms. Your comfort and happiness are utmost important, not others.
My arms are one of the few things I’ve been self-conscious about, this summer was just not going to be another summer of cute tanks and cardigans to cover them up. I’ve stuck true to it, and honestly my arms have been bare so often this summer and I’m not one bit ashamed. They are more tan than they’ve been in years, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. So ladies, please take advantage of your rights, and let your bare arms out!!
If I can do it, YOU can do it!

Love this. I’ve often struggled with the arms and so often worn shirts or boleros or cardis to cover. Trying to not worry so much about it… Especially after reading your post xox
Laura!! I’m soooooo happy that you read this! Loved seeing your post this morning, keep it up! ❤️
